for the hand over the face i am not sure. i would make it easier to wipe though.

Some drills are go in the back yard and make a mini pb course and run it as fast as you posibly can. make a stop half way up the field then do a full out sprint to the other end of the yard. also to improve your speed carry wheights in your hands and do sprints.

For shooting it is not as necesary to be extremely fast because your job is to make it as far upt the field as possible not have a stream of paint coming out of your gun.

If you are going to play snake learn how to battle crawl. it is a must. there was a whole thread on diving so search for that. iam not an expert on it.

keep the gun infront of your face and stay low. you say you are already short but still stay lower (smaller target). rely on your mid players for back up and always ask for cover before you move.

right when the game starts you run and dont stop running till atleast you pass the 50.

thats all i know about playing front.

The theory behind the "hand over the face" maneuver is that the hand is more likely to get a bounce than the hard plastic of the goggles.

it depends on the gun, and make sure its the right pressure for your gun. any pack should do fine, but try to keep it small so it doesn't stick out from bunkers.

hey, ur in AZ too. are you on a team yet?

If you don't have a regulator then more than likely you don't have a marker that will be hurt by higher pressures....

running:

ok, the hand over the face is great, helps with bounceses from the mask, if you have liek a profiler or flex then this maks your mask almost completly bounceable. you dont completly cover your mask, you jsut kinda hide the front of your goggles from the person shotoing, liek maybe an example would be u see a hot gurl in public or somthin and you didnt want her to notice you so you kind shiled your eyes from here, hoping she woudl see your face ( no this is not from personal experience.. lol). this is basically the same thing. you also while doing this dont want to shoot, its basically a waste of paintballs, if you want to move far up the field, jsut do the hand thing and hold your gun down, and sprint in the direction you are wanting to go. always stay low too, its harder for them to hit you, and make sure you look for angles where bunkers will shield you from players paint.

Diving:

ok, diving depends on wut the bunker is basically, the snake you genaerally want to superman into it. you will slid further, giving you a wider selection on where you want to pop up at. if you are sliding into a dorito smaller then you, i reccomend you do not dive ( but thats just me) maybe slide in on your knees, i dont play doritos so i wouldnt know.

shooting:

while in a front position shooting you dont need to be extremely fast at shooting, thats mainly your back players doing all the shooting. while shooting in a snake, you always want to find maybe a brick or somthing( idk wut they r called) liek the part of the snake where there is a block or somthing, that is blocking view of the oppostie teams bakc players which means they wont be able to hit you easily. and this also allows you to run the field basically, you have open shots to all players on the oppostie side.

gun skillz:

ok when running to the snake you will most likly be sprinting. one hand over your mask, gun in the other. you do not have to shoot in this time, leave that to your back players, keep you and your gun low, so you dont get soht up otb. when you get to your bunker, you always want to stay tucked, this includes your gun and hopper, they are the two main places opponents are look to shoot, or your mask, but hopefully you wont get shot there. you do not want to pop up over top of the bunker, snake you can cuz thats basially all you can do, but a roller or somthing liek that, i woudl reccomend you not going over the top, it makes you more of a target. and takes longer to get under the bunker.

well i hope you learned a lil somthing.. im only 13 lol i dont know too much yet, but im learning, ill update you if i tihkn of nething else.
